My wife finally got me to stand still and pose for some current photos

that we could put together with the " before banding " pictures.

We put them in an alblum in the Photo section under " Jim Hansel, bchc "

I'm just a bit past the halfway point to my goal. I tried to wear a

similar T-shirt for the pictures, but the " before " pants are long gone,

and I've almost shrunk out of this old batch of jeans (which I have

kept hidden away in a tote for a number of years. Banding works...and

I feel so fortunate to have been a patient of Dr. A and Dr. C.
