Hi Pam,

I think you did an amazing job in educating all of us about Protein. Thanks for all the great information. The one thing I noticed that you said "I just bought some whey protein isolate. Even though I don't like it as well, it's better for me....

I think it is great that you are trying in, but in time if you don't like the protein that you are drinking you will NOT want to drink it. So everyone has to find something that they like or love and will drink it. It also has to be as close to healthy as they can get too without a lot of carbs and sugar too.

I commend you for trying it. I remember when they told me to try Isopure and I gagged trying to drink that god awful "pond scum." I poured it down my sink. So NO matter how good it was for me, I was never going to drink it. Everyone has a favorite when it comes to protein. Thanks for the education, I appreciate all your efforts.
