I have been reading all your post, I dont always comment but please remember I am always here for you. Write anytime I'll be honest with you about my experience so far.I am 7 months out from sleeve surgery and have never been happier with anything I have done for myself. It has truly been a life saver and I have never felt better health wise. My highest weight in 2010 was 231. I did a preop diet before surgery and the day of I weighted 214. At my 7 month mark on 12/15/2010 I weighted in at 144, have gone from a size 22 shorts, 3x shirt to a size 12 shorts and m/L shirt. Its mind blowing and hard to catch up to what happen so fast! Somedays I look at myself and cant believe thats me in the mirror or that person my coworkers call "slim". And now I'm to a point where people are asking me how much more I want to lose that its enough. For me its been a mental challenge and because of it I do see a counslor. Dont ever be afraid to seek help and talk with someone it has helped me so much. I am now facing and dealing with all the reason why I ran from life and smothered myself in food.I never realized how much time food took up in my life till it was no longer an option and I have found myself very bored. You may experience this too so look foward to new hobbies. I am learning to kayak now that I fit in one. I stared cross stitching again to keep my hands busy and love growing violets. I did lose alot of hair which was the scariest part for me but its coming back and I do have some skin that will need to be removed (if you chose)at some point after years of up and down abuse. I'm saving now for that. But otherwise its really only me that sees the skin inperfections.Thank you all for your support and listening to me. I hope I helped alittle with my experience and gave alittle insight on what might be coming your way. Its a journey all your own, enjoy it, trust yourself, its amazing and you can not go wrong with DR A and his crew they are top notch and the best of the best. To all my weight loss family Happy New Year with support and love,5/15/2010214/144/120dos/now/goal
