Guest guest
Hi , May I ask why you are using the telecoil switch all the time you are out of the house? Are you using an FM system? Because other than that, you should be on the M setting all the time. Whisper is for those occassions when you are listening to one person speak in a quiet setting. Think the minister in church, or one speaker in a large room where everything else is quiet. The T switch is for use on the telephone or with an FM system. It is not something you would use all the time. So I'm curious as to why you do that. If you find it is more comfortable, then you need to get to an audiologist for a new mapping. I use the " M " switch in-home but " T " out-of-home. It usually works really well, and considering my success, i attribute that to to the auditory memory that i had in my growing up years.
