Alice,

He said at least two and if possible three weeks. I know that I had

to be very careful for the first two weeks not to blow my nose which

by itself tells me that CPAP is not going to work for me until after

that. During this time I found out by accident by using a water pillow

I can reduce the effects of sleep Apnea just enough to get me by

during this period.
