Guest guest
Hello all, Please remember there are several blind list members who find it hard to read emails when top posting is not used. When one replies to a message and the reply is placed below quoted text, often times, it is not easy to determine what is what and what might be of interest will end up in the Deleted Items folder, unread. Please put your reply at the TOP if you are quoting a message. Please only quote what is necessary to keep the topic in context. If replying to several points in a message, please separate each with at least one blank line, and use double quotes to surround the quoted material. Also, many of you change the subject line and put the intended recipient's name in there instead. This does two things. One, it destroys the continuity of the thread, makes searching the archives more complex. Two, it makes one wonder why this was posted to the list if its only meant for the named recipient. If the reply is not of itnerest to the whole list, send it privately. If it may be of interest to all, leave the subject, as long as its relevant to the topic, and address the post to the recipient within the message body. Many email clients allow you to group threads for easy reading. Dont defeat this. Thanks. Plaase enjoy the list and keep contributing to it.
