Hi ,

Are SH and CH dipthongs? I always loved that word, would use it as a

slur if I could. " You lazy dipthong " Doesn't it sound like racy

underwear for dips?

OOPS, my bad, dipthongs are vowels, not consonants. Like oy in boy.

As far as I know, a diphthong is a term related with vowels, not consonants.

SH and CH are still consonants despite the fact that they are a combination of

letters... OW as in the word " how " is a diphthong...
