Guest guest
Lacey, My feeling is, the first implant may not be providing good clarity. There's a woman on another forum who doesn't get much benefit from one implanted ear, and was able to get a second CI for that reason. She did great with the second CI alone but still didn't do well using the first CI. Now she's been reimplanted in the first ear, and even though she still can't use that CI alone, she does great with both CI's on. You've got nothing to lose by getting the second CI, and everything to gain. I'd go for it. Beth The mere imparting of information is not education. Above all things, the effort must result in making a man think and do for himself.-- G. Woodson
