ABC Television and MedMiracle Productions Offer Cochlear Implants to TV

Reality shows are becoming a fad in American

society. Some seek undiscovered stars, others give a

glimpse of a certain lifestyle, and more recently,

some reality shows may be serving an educational

purpose. ABC Television and MedMiracle Productions

have decided to include an episode on cochlear

implants for the new ABC primetime series " Miracle

Workers. " " Miracle Workers " is a show that consists

of a team of medical professionals who will perform

medical procedures to restore the health of patients

who could not otherwise afford the procedure.

ABC is looking for cochlear implant candidates who

have been unable to afford or get insurance

coverage for a cochlear implant to evaluate for this

television program. The selected candidates will

recieve a cochlear implant at no cost, in return for

participating in the program.
