You are entitled to and should have any medical report so I think you should be

able to get a copy of this for yourself. Just tell the audiolgist you need it

for your records as you really do.

Do you have someone who could read this for you? If not, if you can scan it

into your computer and send it to me, I'll be happy to type it back to you so

that you what it says and can read it off your computer. I could handle a fax

too. Just let me know how I can help.
