(That fact alone is worth celebrating. <grin>) I am definitely looking into the Freedom upgrade. However, instead of buying a completely new processor, I've decided to purchase a controller instead. I plan to check Cochlear's website for more details about that tomorrow so I can get the ball rolling. With any luck, I will have the new controller within the next few weeks -- just in time for my mapping appointment in December!
