Guest guest
If you are hearing a hum around the computer and your T Coil is not on, you are probably hearing the fan running. Whisper would bring that in closer to you too. Every time I have a mapping, this is the first thing I hear when the audiologist turns the sound back on and I always comment. It’s not a sound I enjoy. Additionally, you do have a volume map so you are going to hear all the noise. I think your brain is adapting to the sound. It’s been a long time since you’ve heard some of those noises and you’ll need to let your brain filter out the annoying ones. People who hear normally have to do this too. Since you do have a migraine problem, maybe you should take a break every few hours instead of wearing the processor all day. This is just a suggestion but this might help you during the adjustment period. Alice -- No virus found in this incoming message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus.
