Guest guest
I searched before posting this and didn't see that anyone else had posted yet. If it has I apologize! In the mail today I received my August Reader's Digest. I guess I've been getting Reader's Digest since I was a pre-teen. (gulp - over 27 years) There was a 10 year span of " newly married and broke " , and " babies 11 months apart " where I did not subscribe, but other than that I've always loved this silly/serious magazine. I cannot repeat the jokes in it to others, for I am one of those seriously " in need " people who can't tell a joke. I forget the punchline, or put it in the wrong place. Funny I ain't! Any-who, this month's magazine had a couple of articles that talked about hearing loss. " Deaf No More " about Molly Brown (page 60A), and another " Re-engineering your body " . Better yet, Reader's Digest is going digital! Starting July the 26th, you can go to rd.com/1000 and read the entire August 2005 issue online! FREE (So ya gotta check out these stories!)
