Guest guest
Hi , Thanks for the info on wearing the processor all day with NO headaches and no sound fading. Might be the difference between Microphone and Whisper OR it might be you're getting used to it. At any rate, glad it worked. Is this forum GREAT at problem solving. I swear you can ask anything about a CI and someone here is going to have " been there, done that " and tell you what the problem is. We're all Sherlock Holmes, when it comes to problem solving. Good luck with the audi appointment. Nucleus Volunteer Post lingual - Auto Immune disorder Hi , I don't know if my audi set my 3G on Whisper or not. I just realized it was on Whisper setting yesterday when I changed the controls. My audi didn't mention anything to me about keeping it on Whisper, so today I've had it on microphone and noticed that voices don't fade in and out the way they did yesterday. I'll ask her tomorrow if she has a preference as to where I should keep the 3G. Based on my experience today with the microphone setting, I found sounds to be more comfortable and better yet, could wear my processor *all* day without any nausea or headache.
