Guest guest
Hi , Coke is one of the huge causes of tinnitus. The caffeine in it. So if you can possibly gag down caffeine free coke, it might help. I switched to caffeine free diet Pepsi, and really notice the difference when I'm in a restaurant and have to get the regular diet pepsi. Yikes. Roaring tinnitus, and energy like you wouldn't believe, but mainly to do things like tap my foot! Sounds like a party for the mapping. I was REAL disappointed in my initial mapping, so was glad I didn't bring anyone with me. Went shopping afterwards, and ran through the first program while shopping. Went right back to the center and had them up the volume on me, since I wasn't scheduled for another appt for a week. And the implant center was 2 hours away from where I live. But the sounds were disappointing. Subsequent maps took care of that, though and I'm very happy with what I have now. Have a great New Hear and a great New Year.
