Dear :

I cannot imagine the desperation you might have felt when you heard this

" news " about Jasper's electrodes. This in many ways is an adult CI

recipients " worst nightmare " ! I dread the day that anything is awry with my

cochlear implant electrodes!

What is ENCOURAGING to me is that there are " options " to work around this

problem! You may have already read that some people have benefited from

different programming strategies within their own device parameters! Hang

onto that information!
