Guest guest
The Cochlear Implants and Psychophysics Lab in the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences at the University of land, College Park, MD, is looking for adult users of the N-22 or N-24 (Cochlear) cochlear implant device to participate in our listening experiments. Our work seeks to establish basic mechanisms underlying auditory perception with cochlear implants. The work is entirely NIH funded. Individual projects would require your participation in at least ten 3 hour sessions. We compensate our participants for their time at an hourly rate ($10 per hour plus $20 for travel, hours include breaks and a lunch break up to 1 hour in duration). Individuals living in the DC-land- Virginia area(i.e., within commuting distance of College Park) would be ideal candidates for such studies. If you are interested in participating, please contact Monita Chatterjee at mchatterjee@... or (301) 405 7716. Thank you!! M.
