your thought (alternative to captel)

For those who can not access to CapTel because your state either rejected or

had not had trial period, had anyone tried VP relay yet?

My state is one of few who refused to provide Captel beyond the trial period

(funding they said) I am looking for alternative.

I went to the site and became confused because I was told it allows for VCO

(voice carry over), but couldn't find it at the site. I then did another

google search, adding VCO, and there is it,,, correct URL is
