Designing a Home Therapy Program for the Adult Cochlear Implant Recipient

The goal of this one-day workshop is to aid cochlear implant users in designing

their own home aural rehabilitation program. Participants will also gain

exposure to assistive technology devices that can improve the listening

experience (we encourage you to bring your own connecting cables). The majority

of the workshop will focus on giving participants opportunities to evaluate a

wide variety of available resources through direct hands on practice. Upon

completion of the workshop, individuals will have identified materials for

personalizing their own home-based aural rehabilitation program.
