Guest guest
I have the same issue as Les G. has with wind noise. When I was walking with my good friend Saturday, the wind noise as we were walking made it harder for me to hear her. Weird, I could hear the wind better than my friend, but she commented that sometimes the wind would be better to hear! M. Guest guest
One of the things I like best about my CI is that I don't have wind noise unless I have my program set to the T-mic. I've never experienced wind noise with the BTE mic in over four years and I live in Kansas where the wind never stops and can knock you down. Guest guest
Hi >>The reason you don't have wind noise with the AB (unless using the t mic) is because of where the microphone is located. It is not a forward facing microphone. The t mic brings it forward. << Actually the BTE mic on all of the Advanced Bionics BTEs is a forward facing omnidirectional microphone.
