Guest guest
Hey , You wouldn't be as bad as a lot of the drivers who are out there and supposedly have sight. Many try to drive with their eyes closed. My blind uncle always wanted to drive, so they took him to a vacant field, and let him do it. Not sure how he coordinated the clutch, gas and brake routine that were on ALL cars at that time. Good joke, though. Always best if we can laugh at ourselves. I was on a blind date (you should excuse the expression) and this guy was a widower. Spent the entire date talking about how his wife had a cerebral hemorrhage and was in a coma. He kept talking to her the entire 3 months before she died, because he understood that hearing is the last sense to go. So I said, " Well certainly not in my case! By the way, my surgeon told me not to drive under *any* conditions. <grin>
