However, 10 years ago when I sang people would tell me to " Keep the Day Job " . In other words, I'd never make a living at it. The dog would run to the door and ask to go outside to avoid the noise. 8 years with a CI hasn't improved MY singing one bit. But then we are all gifted at something. Singing is NOT my gift. Keeping quiet must be! GREAT day in the morning!! The Original When I chose to get a CI my primary goal was speech understanding. Music was an added bonus. Never would I have imagined music (vocal and instrumental) sounding as beautiful as it does right now! Being able to sing (and enjoy music) the two loves I had missed over the past 10 years.
