Guest guest
Sharon and Alice, Thank you both for your replies! I was able to shower, wash and comb my hair without any problem. (What concerned me most was how I would keep the incision area clean and dry.) In fact, it was much easier than I thought! Last night I tried sleeping in my own bed by propping my head up on a couple of pillows. It worked great and I awoke feeling more rested than I have in days. I just returned from a short walk to the drugstore. Aside from how good it felt to finally take a shower and wash my hair, it was also nice being able to get some exercise. The weather outside was crisp but not too cold -- just perfect for a short walk. Now it's time to warm up with a cup of delicious hot Almond Truffle mocha. , care to join me? Guest guest
, I'm ready for a mocha. Even tho the tinnitus is acting up (caffeine) I can handle a small nuiscance just to sit with you and enjoy mochas. Too bad they dont give free refills. Did you charter a Lear jet for me? Be right there! Guest guest
, Funny you should mention that. The tinnitus in my head has been driving me crazy today, so I think we'd make perfect company for each other. LOL! I'm hearing a continuous high pitched sound that just won't stop. The tinnitus has been intermittent for the past few days but constant since this morning. Maybe we can compare notes as to what we both are " hearing " over a mocha? <grin> At this rate, I don't think caffeine could make this any worse. , who hopes things quiet down soon Implanted: 12/22/04 Activation date: 1/18/05 (24 days and counting!) Guest guest
, A woman after my own heart! LOL Not only that, she actually listened to me today and began her next countdown. LOL You dont think caffeine is to blame? Your meds? Lets hope it is temporary, I am not sure what to do with a crazy woman.
