Guest guest Posted June 29, 2006 Report Share Posted June 29, 2006 , I'm sure some folks will like the rechargeable batteries, however, I'll be staying with disposable myself. I pop my batteries in every 5 days and forget about it. Much less time and effort with having to keep up with a charger and costly batteries. I'm one person that it just fits my lifestyle. I get warning beeps to let me know batteries are low and to change them before they die...which I find a pleasure as I don't like driving without being able to hear. As said, this list only represents a small number of CI users. Last I saw, Cochlear has over 76,000 CI users..so this list is just a smear of that group.
