9th Gallstones Cleanse

Hi to all:

I did my 9th gallstones cleanse this weekend, starting on Sunday and ending

on Monday Holiday.

I did not take the apple juice before, but I did get out some stones but

not as much

as in the cleanse before, so the apple juice does help.

My question is I also have stomach problems from

having this gallstone problem for so long, with pain in my stomach after

eating.

I thought I had an ulcer but no ulcer was found, but all my symptoms are

like an

ulcer. Does anyone with longstanding gallstones have this problem?

Also after the gallstone cleanse, I get gurgling in my stomach and

intestines

the next day after going back to eating my normal dinner of rice, peas and

greens,

I took digestive enzymes but it did not help. Does anyone have this

gurgling and

rumbling the next day after returning to normal eating pattern? If so, what

is the

best remedy for this? I have found that the first few days following the

cleanse are

difficult for me in finding things to eat that would not cause me more

pain.

What do others on this list eat to keep the pain and rumbling and gurgling

away

for these few days following the cleanse? Does anyone else get this?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hey angel, I, too, get gurgling after a cleanse. But it isn't painful.

Seems like it lasts for about 4 or 5 days. I just eat what I feel like.

Maybe cottage cheese and yogurt.

I have only had one cleansing, but I ate such light things as mushroom soup,

clam chowder soup or vanilla pudding and had no gurglings.
