Wow....I am so glad that what I wrote has given you hope. You have no

idea how happy I am that what I have been through can help others.

Just hang in there and take it one day at a time. At first, it can be

a rocky, rocky road. I remember having really great days and then

really horrible days. I have to admit, there are still some days when

I eat horrendously....but they are few and far between. And when I do

have a day where I eat more junk than normal....it's not as devastating

to me. I realize that there will always be days when we fall off

track. The key is to not let it pull you totally down (which it used

to do for me...the minute I fell off track...I threw in the towel and

figured " well, I've really blown it now....might as well keep on eating

everything I see " ). Now, when I have a bad day, I just get right back

on track and I never stop doing tae-bo...which I also think helps keep

me motivated. , you will get there. Just remember that there

will always be set backs, but as long as you don't let it be more than

it really is...you'll do fine. I am here to tell you that it is

possible to overcome all those disatrous feelings and emotions that we

have about ourselves, that you can and will love yourself. Somedays,

it might seem like that day will never come, but believe me, it will.

I promise you...it will! Please e-mail me anytime if you ever need to

talk! I'm so glad that I was able to give you hope. I will definitely

continue to share my thoughts if I find anymore that show how far I've

come! Keep your head held high and believe in yourself!

You'll get there by taking it one day at a time :)

(and Hobbes!),

Are you planning to submit any further entries to from your CI

journal? Just wondering because I haven't seen any as of late. They're a

real joy to read and I hope you'll continue writing them when you can!
