Guest guest
and , I couldn't help but smile at both of your CI moments! , can you hear the jingling of your guide dog's collar? That was a sound that took me by surprise because I didn't realize how loud and noticeable it was. LOL! ...I know exactly how you feel about " eavesdropping. " You feel uncomfortable listening, but at the same time, you can't help it because it is at that moment that you realize that, " yes, I really heard that! " LOL! Sometimes I still feel uncomfortable hearing certain conversations -- especially people who talk loudly on their cell phones. LOL! I almost feel like tapping the offender on the shoulder and saying, " Are you auditioning for a Verizon commercial? Guest guest
, The jingling of my dog guide's collar was the first sound I recognized after I was activated with the 1st implant (N24).
