Guest guest
Any good vitamin or herb store will /should carry it. I get ours at the local natural foods store. with love, Jenni Proud Air Force Mom! May God guide and protect our troops! Re: We're back! Thanks Melinda. I used that on my daughter when she started to get an ear infection and it cleared it right up. I stopped using it because I heard so much negative about how it kills everything-including the good stuff. So for something like her thumb would you just pour in onto it or are you talking about taking it internally? Thanks,
Guest guest
I have a granddaughter that just turned 13 years, thanks for the info!! Connie Re: We're back! That's a use I hadn't thought of!! I'll be sure and use it for my sons. That's good, inexpensive treatment, I think! Our 16 yod has an occasional eruption here or there, but really needed it about 4 years ago. Melinda ) Re: We're back! Thanks Melinda. Guest guest
Two waterspouts they were in back of the breakers where we stayed. we're back! Hey guys...we're baaaaaaaaaaaaack! I so did not want to come home! lol The week went by pretty fast.....we had wonderful weather up until Thurs....storm came in that day but it was worth seeing. The clouds got really dark...and we could see it through our hotel and the one next door.....then I seen the look on Kim's face (Syds asst teacher and her husband was checking in on Fri but came down a day early to spend with us and slept on our floor lol) and turned around and seen the wierdest cloud behind me...you ought to have seen that pool clearing out. By the time we got in the elevator and to the 11th floor you could hear the thunder.....wellllll we got in our room and you couldnt even see down the beach....for the rain coming.....I got pictures on my 35 mm (another story) but hopefully Kim will send me hers when she gets home. Suddenly Derick (Kims husband) says look out there....it was a waterspout! I wish it had been a little closer for me to see but it was still pret ty cool.....then the cloud from the other side was moving in pretty fast....well by the time the two hit...you couldnt even see the shoreline for rain! It didnt last too long but then the rain hit again and it got pretty cold....ok reallllly chilly...then yesterday it was cloudy but we were packing up and leaving so it was ok. lol NOW back to the rest of the week... lol........the girls loved the waterpark.....Syd has gotten really brave this year and is using her floaties, I think I ruined her from when she was little....putting her in the water, getting her to jump in...etc.....I think it backfired on me.....anyway....Saylor jumps off the side ...doesnt have a care in the world..but neither one of them are 'too' brave. We took Saylor down the water slides a few times....and once I sent her down..heheheee (she wasnt exactly thrilled but made it)....they loved the pool and playing in the sand. I wish I had all that here. lol When they are home ...Syd has a tendancy to want to come inside etc...not as much this summer but usually would rather not be outside too long....but there....we could spend all day outside if I let them but made them come inside to eat, then we'd go back outside.....did I mention it was great?!lol We ate alot! We ate Japanese one night, went to the Dixie Stampede one night, b urgers at the restaurant right there one night, Hard Rock Cafe one night, and then steak house one night.....I got some more pictures down on the beach of the girls...wish I would have stuck with white dresses but these hot pink ones were really cute...............THEN thats when I broke my camera...after I had gone in to change them....I was so ticked....I had to go the next day to the gift shop and by a reuseable one.....I hope I have some decent ones on there...but do have the hot pink ones on my digital....I didnt think I would be able to download them but they did...so I'll show them to you in a minute....hmmm maybe I'll make a montage~ lol Well since Ive bored you to death I'll end here I think .........we just had a really good time. My mom wasnt feeling good towards the end of the week but she still kept her happy face on ...OH and my brother flew in on Tues and spent two days with us, including his bday on Thurs....and flew out that night (priviledges of working at the airport)......37 min vs 5hrs....who wouldnt fly?LOL Anyway..pictures on their way! ~Angie Research Associate of Child Development and Human Relations to Sydnie (5/26/00) www.babiesonline.com/babies/s/sydniebrooke Saylor (4/30/04) www.babiesonline.com/babies/b/babytate " May God Bless You As He Has Us " An extra little chromosome, that's all it is, you see. Guest guest
We just got home ourselves. Angie - you should have joined Sharon and I for lunch. We chatted through the storm.....I always enjoy our visits and would have loved to have you join us. Tim and I stayed at the Breakers this time. We use to stay at Myrtle Beach Resorts, then tried the Holiday Inn down by the pavilion last year and now the Breakers. The Breakers is *the only* place we've stayed that really celebrated the 4th of July. They had decorations, music, a buffet cookout dinner and special T-shirts made up (for sale, of course!). Our daughter and son in law joined us for the 4th. It was nice having them with us. I did get a text message from Tim about seeing 2 waterspouts. He did not take pictures---I had hid my camera and he had no idea where it was. Oh well.......We were at Myrtle a few years ago when a waterspout turned into a tornado and hit the beach. De ja vu........ made a few friends. One kid was younger and just as ornery as can be. It was a perfect match for the week. Some older woman told Tim and I how much she enjoyed watching - her sister with DS died last year at age 55 and seeing him brought back memories (see - another example why staring isn't always bad!). I also let go from the pool to the inside of the hotel - to the elevators, up to our floor and to our room with a key. He did fine, even if daddy was there waiting for him - he didn't know it.
