" Many CI Centers have only worked with one particular brand because of the cost to the Center. For financial reasons, the only can offer one brand as there is a need for equipment and training, which differs for each brand not to mention personnel and this becomes more costly when more than one implant type is done thus many CI Centers only do one type of implant for finacial reasons which can be either AB's, Cochlear or Med El and I have seen all three of these.
