Hi ,

Medic alert makes bracelets in various sizes, like for children. You

can order it as long as you need it, 5 inches to 9 inches I think. At

any rate, you don't have to get a stretch band for it. I never liked

those, because if you fling your wrist hard enough, a stretch band can

fly off. I lost a watch that way with a stretch band on it.

So check out the children's size Medic alert bracelets.

The Original

Back to Medic Alert bracelets...Before I purchased my bracelet from Medic

Alert (http://www.medicalert.org), I purchased one from an online

jeweler.

Since I have small wrists, I never could get the bracelet to fit snugly

and

that's when I decided to opt for Medic Alert instead. The less expensive

bracelets are perfectly fine if that's what you want, but I could never

seem

to get a good fit because of my small hands and wrists. I now have a

Medic

Alert bracelet with a metal stretch band (similar to that found on a

Braille

watch) and it fits perfectly. Who knows? I might even order a spare

bracelet

just because I haven't had much luck with my local jeweler removing links

so

that other types of bands fit on my wrist.
