Still struggling. I'll have great success then great unsuccess. Still

plugging away, still not making much progress, Still doing things that

I know I shouldn't do.

Staying positive -- looking forward -- I'll get it.

p.s. this is in reference to the " last 20 lbs " I have left to lose. I

have been struggling -- it's me, not the band people. And, just to

continue being irrational -- I have a new goal -- 140 rather than

145.
