Nowadays, folks, I am using a different kind of healing modality

– and it is a very simple yet powerful one – Healing with Color and Sound. There

is a beautiful pose which my Guides have co-created with me to come up with

– and it is the pose which seems to make all the difference – I

call it the Master Gland Pose

- which allows you to tap into the inner

divine blueprint for healing whatever it is that you are feeling

that requires healing – accessing information from both the feminine and

masculine Master Glands. Then you use either that color or sound which is

revealed to you in that pose - or both, to heal it, in the very depths of

your being – and in the biology and chemistry of the body. It sounds

simple, but it is in fact, very profound. Sometimes you have to give the

color or sound a half hour or an hour or even an overnight healing time to come

into effect fully.

I invite those who’d like to give this method a

go, to call me for a phone session. In consultation with Spirit, via Therese

Dorer, asking what would be a good price to charge for my work these days, I

was privileged to receive an answer from Archangel , saying that the

number 8 is a Number of Infinity. Interestingly he also suggested that I bask

in the energy of 8, which we do in Kalos work anyway – as a form of

healing energetic imbalances. So the new rate, folks, is $80/- per hour.

Instead of a regular rate and a compassionate rate, it’s all down to one

rate now…so many, many people, who previously couldn’t afford my

sessions, can now benefit. Whoopee!!!

I just love this work, the more I do to heal myself, the simpler the

methods Spirit teaches me and co-creates with me to use. First, in 2003, it

was EnergyFlows to balance all the chakras and maximize one’s Source,

Earth and Spiral Flows, now this. I am so grateful. I used to use color

to heal with my hands when energy first started flowinginto my hands for

healing purposes. I just used to know which color to use intuitively.

It’s as if my soul just knew what to do. But then I stopped doing

that (because I used to get too ungrounded at times, so someone suggested I

learn a known healing modality instead of usuing my own method) so I learnt and

used Cranio-Sacral and Reiki instead. Also, I’ve done similar work

in a Kalos mature-up process, and similar work with Maurene in her

Self-Mastery Processes, but using it now in this way, with the Master

Gland Pose just makes is amazingly easy.

I am so excited with all the healing work I’ve done these last

six months – while I was in “hibernate mode” - and have so

many other methods with equally amazing results to share. I’ll

bring them to you, a wee bit at a time… It’s like I’ve woken

up parts of me I never even knew were there - healed

inner-critic-turned-inner-motivator, inner-blamer-turned-loving-self-supporter,

inner male, inner female, inner parents, inner teens, inner children, inner

wise ones, etc., and am getting to have a more wholesome inner family

within, and surprisingly they seem to be getting along much better than they

ever did before. Aaah! An “inner government” that works

better and better each day... How delightful…It feels good to have more

and more balance, joy and harmony in one’s life. It’s like

I’m happier just being me.

Here are a couple of statements from others who have experimented with

this method of Healing with Color and Sound.

I particularly like the color healing technique because it

doesn’t require any taxing emotional introspection, nor any difficult

logical analysis. Rather, the color method is simple and intuitive. Its

parameters are flexible – there aren’t several steps in a rigid

process to follow. Instead, there is a crystallization of emotion and a healing

of pain in two short steps. First one envisions one’s pain/ problem/

negative emotion as a color (perhaps in a specific shape, accompanied by a

sound). Then one connects with one’s higher self/ intuition/ inner

guidance and receives the color (and shape and sound) with which to replace the

negative specimen. In these two simple but extraordinarily powerful steps, one

feels a sense of liberation from one’s pain/ problem/ negative emotion. I

personally believe that this technique is so effective because it allows one to

see (and hear) a visual (and auditory) manifestation of one’s problem in

a non-threatening form, and then to see the problem effortlessly replaced by a

positive manifestation. This technique is also appealing because it does not

require the conception of a concrete solution. That is, one does not have to

consciously visualize or manifest the answer to one’s problem. Rather,

one must only see the healing color (and sound) to be soothed and relieved of

one’s pain.

Colour Healing with Dayu

I feel that colour healing holds infinite possibilities, it is gentle,

easy and very powerful. In two quick steps, it goes directly to the place which

needs healing, avoiding the critical, questioning or disbelieving parts.

I found that the colours came to me instantaneously, they were vibrant,

and definite and the healing colours which came in were very soothing.

I felt the colours permeate my entire being, so it was both a visual

and kinesthetic experience.

I didn’t seem to hear a sound but that could have been down to

the fact that my computer sounds like an old tractor! I will definitely be

incorporating colour healing in to my healing work, just wonderful.

prior soul agreement, that this life is in fact nothing but a stage in which we

are actors, playing a part, and that our life is simply an illusion, the real

us is the part of us that is our Soul and Spirit, which at times feels as if it

is 15 feet tall and has angel wings . I’ve also realized it is not our

soul that feels all the anger, hatred, rage, jealousy, sadness, apathy, fear.

pride etc. That it’s our Mind and our Ego. Our Soul knows only Clarity,

Balance and Harmony, Peace, Joy, Abundance, Transformation, Truth and Love,

Love and more Love, and unconditional love at that.

No wonder, that poem – “All

the World’s a Stage” – by Shakespeare in “As

You Like it” always seemed to call to me for a reason, and grab my

attention, right from the age of 15. There

are things our soul knows from such a young age – and it tells us when we

are reading a poem, or watching a play or movie, or seeing a huge billboard go

by, or reading a book, or simply looking at a daisy flower, or listening to

music or sitting quietly on a rock in a river, or doing some art project. All

we need to do is pay attention to its whisperings – for attention is the

aspect of our soul in the physical dimension and where we put our attention is

where we are placing the energy of our soul. A huge thanks to my

Guides, my beautiful amazing Council of Light, who are always there to guide

me, even when I stubbornly “don’t want to listen”!!! And

thank you to my soul parts – my many soul aspects that I am now

integrating into my Being - that have showed up in my life, from past,

parallel and future lives, who have helped me to gain all these understandings.

the years whose help has been invaluable to me the whole of this year (since I

started preparing for the tsunami trip in Jan 2005 and these last six months

since I’ve been back - in “serious hibernate mode”-

This may sound strange to you, but I also want to thank those who

triggered me to face up to “my shadow self” – it is the

healing that is the hardest that is the one which brings the most

rewards. It is the ones who play the roles that trigger the worst

reactions in us that deserve the greatest thanks. There are no victims, only

co-creators. If in some lifetimes we have played the role of the victim,

then in others we have played the opposite part. That is how life brings us the

teachings that balance the learning that our soul needs to go back home and

once again experience that bliss at all times.. I ask forgiveness of

anyone I have ever blamed or hurt - ever. Even that feeling of hurt is a

co-creation – it cannot happen without the one being hurt having agreed

to it at a soul level. It is our beliefs that keep us at the level of

hurt/blame/shame etc. I realize too that at the level of the Soul/Spirit

there is no hurt. There is Only Love. My twin flame (in the Higher) channeled

a message to me in which he said something to the effect that from that level,

All Is Perfect and he said, “You will look back and laugh.” Yes,

because even though it feels so real, it is all illusion anyway!!! Lol!

I’m beginning to laugh already. It feels so good to have laughter

back in my life.

I have done a huge amount

of healing in these past 8 months….and I have done it not only for

myself, but for all the souls who may be experiencing what I have gone through.

May your lives all blossom as mine is beginning to. It’s been a

“winter” for me, of sorts, and it feels as if “Spring”

is coming up and bringing with it tiny buds of hope. Born again? Tee-hee!

Maybe!!! J lol! I feel free somehow.
