And hello to you, Kate. Oh for SURE! Hope is feeling really good

right now, LOL! First: especially since I printed out a copy of

's page, and the answer to my question is that after the three

repeats of the phrase and the affirmation one can use a " key word "

instead of having to try and say ALL that verbage whilst tapping 7

times! Whew! LOL! And I now have possible phrases running through my

mind for all sorts of things, LOL!

Yeah, I've kinda concluded that the phobias have such as a base. And

I am proud of all of us who are still kicking despite it all!

About the age 16 thing. Well, I tend to have theorys about things,

and one of mine is that everyone has an age where they have never

felt any older, inside, than that age---I like to ask people what

they feel their " cut off age " is [and YOURS? LOL!] However, tho I

was always mature in my thinking and behavior, marrying at age 16

and having my first child at that age, kinda served to freeze me,

as being a " grown up " at that age. I had all three of my children

by age 20--the " pill " came out right after my third, LOL! As did the

disposable diapers, LOL!

So! I am hoping I will be able to focus on what it is I am intending

to remove from my path---I have no desire to dig for the SOURCES of

pain, etc., and so I'll try tappings that wave them away: GONE! The

work my friend and I have been doing with the Abe princilpes for the

past couple years should help...

Thanks again for sharing, that is what makes a person feel there is

hope: when others have been there and are still standing, LOL! Hey,

I'll be running to you when the going gets tough! But I'll be right

here for you as well!
