I did have (and was happy I had)

Gas X (The gas only version, not the one for upset tummies)

Isopure (clear liquid protein drink, pre mixed in bottles, from GNC)

Popscicles

Ramen (to make broth from the flavor packets, NOT to eat the

noodles)

Clear juices (mostly apple and white grape)

Gatorade

Propel (by Gatorade, flavored water sweetened with Splenda, most

flavors are yummy, Grape and strawberry kiwi and peach are

fantastic, stay away from the tropical something or other it has

an aftertaste)

Chewable vitamins (everyone has their own opinion, I dont think it

makes all that much difference since you are chewing them up they

dont have to dissolve)

Tea (Im a tea drinker, not a coffe drinker)

Splenda (to sweeten my tea! i go half and half with sugar, actually)

I did have (and didnt need)

Vitamin water (tastes kind of icky, preferred Isopure or Isopure

mixed with water or juice). Took me MONTHS to drink the damn

stuff

Jello (I made it once, but Im just not into it. My kids dont much

like it either, I think I still have some hanging around in

the pantry)

I didnt have (but went and bought)

sugarless candy, to suck on. Liquid stage sucks rocks, you are

DYING to put something in your mouth. Hard candy to suck on is

wonderful. But, if you dont think youll be able to handle not

chewing it up and swallowing it, or if you think youll swallow it on

accident (what I was initially fearful of), do NOT buy them.

Whatever you go buy, dont OVERBUY. Buy one or two of whatever you

want to buy, so you will actually use it all. Youll be fine within

a few days, and more than able to go out and get whatever you want.

Actually, youll WANT to go out! I got this advice from a bandster,

and it was GREAT advice! That way, youll find out what you do and

dont like, and can buy more of that specific thing.
