Weight gain

I have never gone back on liquids --- I didn't even stay on them but a

couple of weeks at the beginning.

The following is MY OPINION.......

The surgery for me was a tool. It was NOT a fix of my eating problems.

I have been a long time Weight Watcher member and still am. I have from

the very beginning believed that what I put in my mouth matters

therefore I try to put good things in my system. For me I know that if

I " overeat " going out to dinner, on holidays, etc. I will and do gain

weight. The answer for me is what everyone else in the world does - cut

back for a few days after that and the weight " usually " comes off.

Sometimes it takes a little stricter cutting back than others.

Dr. R forgive me but at 2+ years out if I experience a weight gain I do

not believe it has anything to do with you --- but has EVERYTHING to do

with me. It is after all what I am putting in my mouth and if it is

junk then it will manifest itself as fat on my body..... simple science

there.

Once again --- these are my opinions as they relate to me.....
