Glad I could help ) What I would do is to treat for PR -- tapping on the karate chop point or rubbing the sore spot while doing an affirmation statement -- " Even though I have this __________, I deeply and completely love and accept myself. " Just fill in the blank with whatever it is that you are working on and repeat three times while rubbing or tapping the above mentioned points. Then go on to the tapping points: TH - top of head EB - eyebrow point SE - side of eye UE - under eye UN - under nose CH - chin point CB - collar bone UA - under arm Do these in that order, saying the reminder phrase at each point -- " This __________.
