Guest guest Posted February 11, 1998 Report Share Posted February 11, 1998 Hi everyone. I haven't posted in quite sometime. This is the Lady Firefighter from Oklahoma. I had my dance with Dr. Rutledge on 3/20/00. It was my 49th birthday present to me. I deserved it and have never recieved a better present. I have BC/BS and had to go out of program with BC/BS of North Carolina. They paid 80 % of everything. I did have to contest it the first time because they said it was experimnental. So far I have lost 110 pounds and after 4 years have only gained back 7 pounds which comes and goes. I concidered my self a slow loser becaus I averaged less than 10 # a month. Then I remembered that Dr. R. said it may not work at all because I was a " redo " (former weight lose surgery 20 years earilier).Yes this is a tool not a magic solution. It did take time but I didn't gain this all at once so it won't leave all at once. Keep the faith and stick to the program, it will work.
