Guest guest
Hi , Congratulations on your excellent results! I can hear your happiness through the computer! Take good care of yourself, and follow the manual. I'm 3 years out and really enjoying my good health. I water ski, play tennis (all the time!) hike, bicycle, power walk, and have a lot of other fun! Vita Es Bella! Ciao, Holly 318/175 5'10 " Size 8 Dr. R. (MY HERO!) March 11, 2003 Almost 1 year Out - 125 pounds gone One year ago I was nervously excited about my MGB. I had it on April 25th with Dr. Walsh in High Point. I began at 258 pounds and was a size 22 or 24 depending on the day. Today I'm 133 pounds and a size 4 or 6 depending on the day. It's amazing. People don't recognize me and I love it! For those of you in the early stages of post op - buy your clothes at a Goodwill or other type of thrift shop. I've been doing that the last few months as I didn't realize it early enough. You drop sizes so fast. This has been a breeze. I need to start an exercise program now to take off about 10 more pounds but then I'm done weight loss. People now tell me I'm skinny and don't need to lose any more but I want to be under 125 before I stop and maintain. Life is great!
