I am at 17 lbs and at a stailmate. nothing moving, nothing happening!! grrrr very frusturating huh! are you getting 800 cals a day? because Nina told me that is what we are supposed to be getting. and I think my problem is that I have no restriction so I am able to eat to much. do you have restriction? maybe that is your problem too? plus

for some reason I think at this phase alot of people stop for a few weeks? hang in there, I am hoping this week something will happen. otherwise I feel like I am starving myself for nothing and that makes me just want to eat! like I told my husband if I was hardly eating the scale was moving I wouldnt mind so much, but when you sacrifice food and then you dont loose weight it is like "what am I dont this for?"! plus I feel pressure from people too, because everyone keeps asking me "so how much have you lost? and I think they are expecting me to say like 30lbs or something and when I say 17 for and then they see me again and I say that again, they look at me like "didnt you have weight loss surgery"? and we are going to my sister in laws in utah for thanksgiving and I was wanting to be down more by then, so I could show off some noticable progress. hey email me and we can help each other along!take
