District 12 Regional Conference update!

Howdy, y'all! Things are coming together for the District 12 2010 Spring

Regional conference, at the Hyatt Regency in Valencia, CA. We're locking

down our entertainment for Friday night's event, getting our catering counts

for Saturday's banquet, re-confirming with all our workshop hosts, and

generally getting really excited to see you all!

If you're planning on coming but haven't yet booked your room, the hotel has

extended the conference rate of $109 a night through the 31st, so call now

and lock that in - parking onsite is free as well. Also, keep in mind that

deadline for general registration is April 7 - after that, you're paying the

much higher onsite registration fee! I'm looking at you, dance party

people!!

We're currently selling ad space in our conference program - if you're

interested in advertising, or even just wishing somebody well, please e-mail

me and I'll talk you through the pricing options. Thanks for all the

support everybody's shown already in helping make this as big as it is, but

as affordable as it is!!
