Dear Glyn,

Thanks for your interest. I'm still in the planning stage and think

's suggestions are a perfect way to start. Did you see her post? " I

intend all the muscles in my face, around eyes and mouth, jaw and throat to

tighten in a healthy way and I look younger and younger every day. " She does

this in the morning along with raising vibrational and metabolic rate and

immune system.

I know that my computer work contributes to mid-forehead frown lines,

so I've been saying, " Even though the muscles in my forehead contract and

create deep furrows when I work at the computer, I choose to release this

tension and let the muscles relax. " I'm still new to EFT so do the

mechanical steps taught by Craig, one round of " computer stress "

alternating with " frown lines " while tapping all the points, followed by a

round of " relaxing muscles " and " smooth forehead. " This reminds me to take

more frequent breaks, get up and walk around, look away from the screen, and

shorten my work sessions, which has to help, too.

If anyone else has suggestions or ideas, please share them. We can

compare results in a few months.

CJ
