The body only has a limited number of ways of expressing itself. To say that we only sigh, or yawn, or whatever, because of a single reason seems unlikely to me. For you, perhaps sighing is both (at different times). > the sighing doesnt really make me tired per se. but when i do sigh, > it DOES take my mind off the issue i am tapping on. i am confused. > do i try to refrain myself from sighing? i have tried this, but it > seems a lot of hard work. If sighing seems in this case to primarily be a way of avoiding addressing the issue, I would think that the sighing is indicative of another issue, or a deeper issue. How about tapping on a reluctance to address the original issue? 's web site has multiple articles on finding core issues, which may also help. You might also like to check for PR to using EFT, PR to resolving the issue, etc. Hope this helps. Cheers, Alistair.
