Abraham: It's not so hard as you all make it out to be. Your Inner Being likes to skip. And your Inner Being likes to laugh. And your Inner Being likes to think about things. And your Inner Being likes to offer compliments. And your Inner Being likes to feel appreciation. And your Inner Being likes to contemplate something that is not fully understood or focused in the moment, and then feel the understanding come forth. In other words, your Inner Being is just like your frisky two year old who is eager for life experience. And so the way you meet up with your Inner Being is you be like that now. You be like that as much as you can be. … … We think that understanding what it's like to be in connection with your Inner Being is the first step in allowing a full moment to moment exposure. … … What we are getting at is there is this unquenchable – that when you are tapped in with the resources that are your Source, you feel invincible. The ideas flow. You feel absolutely limitless. It feels to you that anything you can think of you can fulfill easily. … … When you are really in the flow with your Inner Being, ideas come easily; they are implemented easily; it's fun while you are in the process of them; and it doesn't matter how they unfold; and nothing can go wrong and it doesn't matter if you don't get it done, it's just fun to do it. Your Inner Being feels no limits. So anything that feels likes limits is something that is self-imposed. So when we hear you say, " I'm wanting to romp more with my Inner Being. I'm wanting to know more what that's like… " we say then just pretend - it's not really pretending but it helps to look at it that way - that your Inner Being is an unlimited friend who is always fun and always feels good. And you are wanting to be as much in sync with that good friend as possibly could be. So you talk about what feels good. You remember what feels good. You never get into a critical conversation. You don't talk about what is if it doesn't please you. You don't dig up old memories that don't please you. You don't worry about what's going on in the news. You don't take some stance on some side of some issue and push against it. In other words, when you are in sync with your Inner Being, you are in a joy based moment, moment after moment after moment after moment. Your Inner Being is so aware of the well being of your time space reality, and revels in how it is all working together and enjoys so much this magnificent Law of Attraction, and respects so much everybody's individual perspective, that your Inner Being feels no grief, not ever, about what anyone is choosing – and tremendous joy always about what every body is choosing. You want to be more Inner Being like, you just have to worry a whole lot less and laugh a whole lot more. And criticize never and praise always. And when you develop those patterns, you will be in the flow with your Inner Being where you will be intuitive, you will be dancing the dance with others that are like you and you will be just like these birds that are flocking together in pure harmony, always moving in the perfect motion and having a joyous time in the process of it.
