Guest guest
Nina, Is it ok to do AB crunches every day? Ive just noticed that the muscle pushes the port out a bit when I do the crunches. Just wanted to check on it. Thanks, Maggie
Guest guest
Nina, Hi remember me Tracie from Texas, just wanted to check in and let you know I have not given up on the surgery, just trying to get my ducks in a row. I have new health insurance through work, but guess what, they do not cover weight loss surgery, so my plans are still to self pay and as soon as we sell our house, I will have the money to get it done, hopefully in May or June. Talk to you soon. tracie
Guest guest
Tracie, Yes of course I remember you! Getting your ducks in a row! Very funny I had never heard that one. Good luck on getting them together, whenever you ready we'll be here. Guest guest
Maggie, Doctor said thtat it is normal for the port to move while you lose weight, he said the risk is minimal and it is important you exercise. He advises that each time you go for a fill to have your port checked under the x ray. Not only you but everyone. Haven't heard from you in a while, how are you?
