EFT and heart palpitations

I have been having a terrible time with these lately. Daily all day

for a week and a half. I started EFT. After I complete the series, I

still feel them, I plan on doing it several times a day. How long can

one expect results?

Thank you so much.

PS If results will sometimes be in weeks or months at least I will not

think I'm doing something wrong. Does anyone else have this problem

Heart palpitations?
