As I mentioned in my last post, if you've done nothing wrong, I

wouldn't worry about it. Examine what it is exactly that has you

upset. What are the feelings that you feel when you walk by this shop.

Sit back in a comfortable chair and take a mental walk through the

town and get a read on what that feels like. On one of 's DVDs

(six days at the VA) he has the veterans frame their experience by

telling a story. I've used this on myself and it's amazingly effective

at getting at emotions you'd not otherwise think about. Give it a try.
