I think that my band is part mexican (someone else said this too. lol), because my band loves refried beans and any other kinds of beans. :-) what I can eat: mashed tators and gravy clam chowder taco time chicken chili regular chili soup beans ice-cream (try to watch this one) yogurt refried beans (I have to eat them very slowly) protien shakes ceasar salad things the bandy hates: any kind of meat pasta rice really rough vegies like brocilli bread I am still learning, so I am just taking it slow and trying to make sure I get good nutrition. everyone was right about after your first fill, I dont have to worry about calories right now, because the amounts I can eat are so little.
