what my band is liking

K, I am going to run down what the band is liking and not liking at

this stage. I think that my band is part mexican (someone else said

this too. lol), because my band loves refried beans and any other

kinds of beans. :-)

what I can eat:

mashed tators and gravy

clam chowder

taco time chicken chili

regular chili

soup beans

ice-cream (try to watch this one)

yogurt

refried beans (I have to eat them very slowly)

protien shakes

ceasar salad

things the bandy hates:

any kind of meat

pasta

rice

really rough vegies like brocilli

bread

I am still learning, so I am just taking it slow and trying to make

sure I get good nutrition. everyone was right about after your first

fill, I dont have to worry about calories right now, because the

amounts I can eat are so little. But I am not complaining!! :-) I

am so glad I have restriction!!! :-) I am loosing again and now that

we are home from our trip, I can get back on a routine, and routine

really helps with the band, it helps keep me on track! :-)

well I just had a few minutes of free time and wanted to share.
