Zeta cap...wasted $$ for me.

pffffffttttt!!! Zetacap??? Didn't do a darned thing for me...course, it does involve remembering to take something so many minutes before eating...and that didn't work for me at all. I just GAVE a 60 day supply to a coworker...we will see if they work for her. They didn't make me feel any fuller even when I did take them.
