old timer

I guess you could concider me an " Old Timer " . I had my dance with Dr.R.

on March 20,2000. It sure doesn't seem like almost 6 years already.

I've lost 100#. It wass slow coming off as I had a previous WLS 20

years ago that cost $42000. (not covered by BCBS)I lost less than 10 #

with it and was very sceptical about the MGB. I reserched it for a year

before starting ALL the paperwork and tests. It took 6 months before I

could get it all approved and than it took 2 appeals to Oklahoma BCBS

to pay60% of it. It was the best money I've ever spent! I've gained

and lost the same 10 # over the last 5 years. As long as the cloths fit

I don't worry about it. I'd do it again in a heart beat.
